The ATM channel is one of the more unique channels in terms of strategy, creation, delivery, user interaction and metrics. With such a wide range of messaging opportunities to millions of customers and prospects, delivering the right message to the right user at the right time is key! In 2010, the ATM channel manager was looking for a change from the current agency of record to help infuse some new thinking as well as gain some efficiencies. Working with our account lead, we authored and successfully pitched our response to the RFP to win the business. Over the next several years, I enjoyed working with the team and client to develop better performing, award-winning creative while also helping to improve tools and workflows that helped drive efficiency.
