Interactive “Mobile” Phone
Bank of America has a strong affinity marketing presence and to help continue to drive customer engagement and ultimately conversion at events, the creative team worked closely with the innovation lab to build and deploy several giant "mobile" phones that had customized Mobile Banking product messaging relevant to the affinity team or group. Designed to be a fun, highly visible and inviting attraction, these giant phones could be quickly and easily updated and deployed to events. The approach proved to be very successful in starting conversations and driving product awareness and adoption which earned it a Communicator Award.
